  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure a tracked delivery.

  Place the jewelry in its original packaging and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent any damage during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
